These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and taya07 ("taya07", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya07.org.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all taya07 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).

• Registering multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes

Nothing in these Terms limits taya07's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

taya07's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the taya07 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. taya07 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the taya07 platform shall first be referred to taya07's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes related to online gaming licensing and operator conduct, players may also submit a complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the applicable regulatory channel.
